Pamela joined KGHL in 2009. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on business disputes, employment disputes and family law.

Pamela completed her J.D. at the University of Colorado Law School in 2000. During law school, she assisted Professor Richard Delgado in his research and publications on the history of racial discrimination in Colorado, and participated in the Criminal Legal Aid Clinic. She completed her undergraduate degree in history, graduating summa cum laude, at the University of Colorado at Denver in 1996. Before her career as a lawyer began, she was a professional actress, and she brings the valuable presentation skills she acquired in those years with her to the courtroom.

After law school, Pamela was a law clerk for the Honorable Zita Weinshienk in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado for a year. Pamela has been a Faculty Member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy since 2008. She is a member of the Denver, Colorado and American Bar Associations.

Pamela and her husband Brad enjoy working on their old Victorian home and gardening, mountain biking and hiking under blue Colorado skies. With the support of Brad's wine store in Arvada, they are on a quest to locate the Rosé that perfectly matches a Colorado sunset from their front porch on a summer evening.

Attorney Q&A

What's your favorite thing about living in Denver/Colorado?
Intensely blue skies, no bugs, a mountain bike on single tracks, and the freedom to wear jeans to a nice restaurant. I can't decide.

Name the last great book you read.
Howard's End

What was your favorite class in law school.
Civil procedure and evidence.

What is your favorite movie about lawyers, and why?
To Kill a Mockingbird, although Austin Pendleton's performance as the stuttering defense lawyer in My Cousin Vinnie must be acknowledged. I admire the courage of both lawyers -- for different reasons, of course.
